Frequency guide & other ways to listen
Wherever you are in Wales, the UK or elsewhere in the world, there are lots of ways to listen to 主播大秀 Radio Wales. On this page you'll find details about how to listen on FM, AM, digital TV, online, and DAB radio.
Digital radio
主播大秀 Radio Wales is available on digital radio in Cardiff, Newport, Swansea, much of the south Wales Valleys and south west Wales, and also in much of north-west and north-east Wales.
> What about digital radio in mid Wales?
On DAB Digital Radio, 主播大秀 Radio Wales and 主播大秀 Radio Cymru are transmitted on multiplexes run by commercial broadcasting operators and therefore the transmitters used and areas covered are outside our control. We are not currently aware of any plans to expand coverage further into mid Wales. However it is possible you may be able to receive 主播大秀 Radio Wales in some of these areas, due to overspill from neighbouring transmitters. Should we get further information about coverage in this area we will, of course, share it with our listeners as soon as possible.
FM Stereo
You can listen to 主播大秀 Radio Wales in FM stereo across most of Wales, on 93 to 104 FM. In 2018 coverage was improved further with the introduction of 主播大秀 Radio Wales on new Fm frequencies in mid and north-east Wales.

Channel 719 on your Freeview receiver or TV set (Wales only).
Digital satellite
主播大秀 Radio Wales is available throughout the UK on digital satellite. On Sky digiboxes the channel number is 0117, while on you can find Radio Wales on channel 714.
Digital cable
主播大秀 Radio Wales can be received via Virgin Media (where available) on channel number 931.

Catch up online anytime with 主播大秀 Sounds
To listen to programmes broadcast over the past thirty days, search our schedule. Almost all of our programmes are available to listen again ; you can also download most of them via the 主播大秀 Sounds app.
Once downloaded to your device you can listen to them 'offline', anytime, for up to thirty days after transmission. At the present time we are not making programmes available to download on desktop computers or mobile web (other than those which we also make available as Podcasts).
