Drama set in 1943 and based on a true story about a bourgeois German woman who begins a passionate affair with a female Jewish resistance fighter after her husband goes off to war.

Drama based on the memoirs of Lilly Wust about a passionate wartime affair. In 1943, Lilly's husband heads to the front line to fight for the Nazis, leaving his wife to her bourgeois existence of child-rearing and the occasional romantic fling. But when Lilly is approached by a female Jewish resistance fighter, a far more passionate affair begins - despite the war that rages around the pair and the persecution they face.
