Jill Douglas introduces the action from the UCI Road World Championships in Denmark.
The focus today is on the time trials, where double Olympic gold medallist Bradley Wiggins will be hoping to dethrone Fabian Cancellara, the Swiss rider who has won the world title in four of the last five years.
In the women's event, all eyes will be on Olympic silver medallist Emma Pooley. Last year she became the first British woman to win the world time trial title, finishing 15 seconds clear of Germany's Judith Arndt.
