Zainab is left terrified when Yusef reveals his true colours in a shocking showdown while Masood has a proposition for Jane. Amira homes in on an unsuspecting Syed.

Amira worries for Syed when the flat鈥檚 targeted by kids shouting abuse, Yusef reminds her she wanted Syed and Christian to split up. Jane tells the Masoods that Christian鈥檚 innocent. Arriving home, Tamwar and Afia are concerned Yusef鈥檚 moved in. Tamwar insists he鈥檒l protect the family, Yusef鈥檚 adamant that Zainab鈥檚 made her decision. Syed鈥檚 convinced he and Christian will still marry as soon as his divorce is final. He鈥檚 devastated when Jane tells him Christian isn鈥檛 coming back. Amira decides to move in.
Masood invites Jane to dinner but later, on seeing a stressed Zainab, he cancels, insisting he needs to put his family first. He鈥檚 furious to discover that Yusef鈥檚 moved in. Returning to Jane, Masood kisses her; he can鈥檛 just be friends. Upset, Zainab insists Yusef leave for the sake of her reputation. Furious, Yusef rounds on her. Grabbing her violently and slamming her face into the mirror, Yusef insists he鈥檚 the last man who鈥檒l have her now.
Janine demands Shirley pay her dental fees after finding a bullet in her turkey roast. Mo and Shirley bin the remaining meat when Mo discovers it was actually swan. Janine overhears. Phil sacks Heather when she doesn鈥檛 turn up to her caf茅 shift.
Ben refuses to go to school. Concerned, Jane tries to talk to Ben. Phil interrupts, insisting Ben can talk to him. Phil receives a mysterious black envelope containing a photograph of a young boy.
Poppy thinks tonight鈥檚 鈥榯he night鈥� with Anthony. Jodie reveals to Poppy she鈥檚 leaving London, Poppy鈥檚 convinced she鈥檚 lonely and fixes her up with Tyler. Anthony warns Tyler away from Jodie, Jodie admits to a devastated Poppy that she and Anthony kissed.
Kat and Alfie arrive back from holiday and celebrate the one year anniversary of their wedding vow renewal.
