Greater Manchester Police chief, Sir Peter Fahey, has concerns about body video cameras being routinely used by PCs.

The Chief Constable of Greater Manchester Police says there needs to be a public debate about whether officers should always wear body video cameras while on duty. Labour and the Conservatives have this week both deleted transcripts of speeches made before the 2010 general election from their party's websites. Two former spin doctors, Sheila Gunn and Matthew Doyle, discuss whether it's a tidying up exercise or an attempt to bury previous speeches and policies.
