Nurse Norma Jean believes a better future awaits her young family in Australia, even though she has never been there. But partner Steven wants to stay at home, where he is surrounded by close friends, family and his beloved Newcastle United.
When the couple spend a week in Adelaide sampling Australian property, work and lifestyle opportunities, Steven begins to understand the appeal of a life down under, but will that be enough to persuade him to give up everything he holds dear in the North East?

Robinson family update
After their trial week in Australia, Steven is now keener than Norma-Jean to emigrate. The couple sold their property in Newcastle and as of December 2013, are living with Norma-Jean鈥檚 parents and are starting to save towards a move down under. The couple have recently had another child. Norma Jean and Steven hope to be in Australia in the next five years.
