Louise asks if you welcome armed police in Scotland?

Police Scotland has said that 440 specialist firearms officers had been authorised to carry weapons while on duty by Chief Constable Sir Stephen House since the launch of the force in 2013.
The announcement led to anger from politicians and human rights campaigners, who said the force should have consulted Parliament before the move.
This news follows on from MSP John Finnie raising concerns about armed officers supporting colleagues on routine duties such as dispersing late night crowds leaving pubs and clubs in the Highlands.

Louise White asks if it's time to embrace working from home.

More than 4 million people now work from home across the UK, according to a study by the TUC. The number of regular home workers has risen by more than half a million since 2007 and by 62,000 over the past year. In Scotland nearly 290,000 people now work from home, which is equivalent to 11.4% of the working population. Yet despite this increase some feel there is still resistance towards more flexible working with campaign group Work Wise UK calling for employers to change their "outdated attitudes to home-working and embrace new ways of working in the 21st century.".
