Mark Stephen and Euan McIlwraith meet up with Cameron McNeish. Mark visits Summerlee Museum at Coatbridge and Helen Needham goes wild camping near Ben Wyvis.

Mark Stephen and Euan McIlwraith meet up with Scotland's Man of the Hills, Cameron McNeish. They take a walk with Cameron at his stomping ground near Newtonmore to hear about Cameron's early days as an athlete to his worldwide treks.
The Summerlee Museum at Coatbridge houses Scotland's museum of Industrial Life. Lu McNair of the museum gives Mark a guided tour of the extensive site featuring a replica mine, a very short tram and an old fashioned sweetie shop. Mark also tries his hand at the old fashioned toy, the gird and cleek.
Helen Needham's been braving the temperatures near Ben Wyvis with a spot of wild camping in the company of Gerry Ward. Gerry runs a company called Fire and Peace and takes all sorts of people wild camping as a way of escaping the stresses and strains of life and connecting with nature.
