Bryan Burnett visits East Dunbartonshire Women's Aid to find out about the importance of new bedrooms for children, in Royston in Glasgow he meets Hayley, who explains why the Youth Club has played such a big part in her life in helping her achieve her potential. At Mind Mosaic in Inverclyde, Bryan hears from a family about the vital work they do for young people in the area with mental health issues, and Ella shares her story about the friendships formed at the Scottish Spina Bifida Hydrocephalus organisation's Superhero Group. Weather reporter, Judith Ralston updates Bryan on the projects she's been visiting across Scotland for this year's Children In Need Appeal
