Film review hour, Lion King stage director Julie Taymor, Hyyts live session
Film reviews of Frozen II, 21 Bridges, and Judy and Punch, plus an interview with Julie Taymor, director of the stage adaptation of The Lion King, and live music from Hyyts.
Film review day and we鈥檒l be discussing a bumper crop of this week鈥檚 new releases: the much-anticipated Frozen II, police drama 21 Bridges with Chadwick Boseman, the London-set Blue Story, and Judy and Punch, a dark reworking of the famous 16th century puppet show.
HYYTS will be live in session.
Singer Kaaren Ragland will be joining us to talk about her show The Sound of the Supremes ahead of their tour date in Falkirk.
And we鈥檒l be hearing show-business expert Billy Differ talking to Julie Taymor, the Tony Award winning director and costume designer of The Lion King musical, which opens in Edinburgh on 5th December.
