Back in 2014 the Bones were struggling to balance work and family life. They believed Australia could be the answer, and a trial week down under didn鈥檛 disappoint - they had the time of their lives. But when making the big decision, things weren鈥檛 as easy as they鈥檇 hoped. Was the dream over before it had even started? Five years later, Nicki finds out whether the family chose to make the final move down under or stay put in bonnie Scotland.

Bone Family Update

It's been a busy year for the Bone family!

Rhiannon completed Assistant Manager Training. She's still living with her parents but is looking to build her own house in 2020.

Kara is smashing year 11! She is Drama Director and Student Leader for 2020, with eyes set on School Captain for 2021. Drama academy is still her passion, with several performances coming up in 2020.

Hayden has entered his final year at Primary school at North Lakes State College, the same school as Kara. Since filming he has achieved two belts in Martial Arts!

Sarah recently accepted a promotion to Regional Manager, which she's am enjoying. Funding ends in May so she's not sure what the future will hold. The new house is coming along well; it even has a pool!

Max still works for Target. He enjoys meeting new people, working across several stores as required. He's finally got the cinema room set up and enjoys cycling with Hayden.

They are coming home for a visit in March and can't wait!
