Last year, Britain's second biggest house-builder, Persimmon was heavily criticised for producing shoddily built homes in an independent report. The companies Chairman pledged to make improvements and have an increased focus on customers. Yet, despite that many Persimmon customers are still not happy. More than 1500 homes are being built at Coyty in Wales and a catalogue of complaints are emerging - from unfinished roads which damage tyres, to dodgy drains and poor workmanship. We'll hear from residents there, and get a response from Persimmon.

Lots of people have moved back in with their parents since the lockdown. As many as one in ten went back to living in the family home at some stage - according to a survey by the investment company AJ Bell. Many of them are still there. It seems like they're being made very welcome. Barclays surveyed some parents about it and nine out of ten said they weren't asking adult children to pay any rent, they felt the benefits of having them back more than made up for any extra costs. We'll speak to a couple of people who've moved back home.

And Christmas will be a different type of event this year, as retailers get used to new rules and new ways of doing things. Traditions like a visit to Father Christmas, queuing up for turkeys and cramming in for the Boxing Day Sales, will all have to change. Retailers are busy getting ready for that, thinking about how they're going to operate their shops and strengthening their online offers. We'll discuss that with a digital consultancy who work with clients like Tesco, Marks and Spencer, and Debenhams - and we'll also get the lowdown on plans for socially distanced Santa's Grottoes.
