The Government has warned that Covid restrictions may have to be tightened further if people don't follow the rules to prevent the spread of Coronavirus. Statistics suggest the public are out and about far more than during the previous lockdowns, although more shops and businesses have been allowed to stay open than in March 2020.

Last night two of the UK's biggest supermarkets, Morrisons and Sainsbury's, announced they'll be refusing entry to anyone who isn't wearing a mask or shoppers in groups, unless they're medically exempt. The policy will be enforced by security staff at the doors.
