IKEA issues, Buy Now Pay Later, Accessibility Rail App

Problems with IKEA customer service and news about a much delayed rail app providing assistance for passengers with disabilities.

We look into complaints about IKEA customer service. You've told us orders aren't being delivered and you can't find out what's happening because the customer service phone lines and web chat have been switched off.
More than half of under 25s are using 'Buy Now Pay Later' services to buy things online. A new survey of 2,000 people by the financial advice firm Open Money, found a third had used the payment method to buy things they couldn't otherwise afford, and a quarter had to borrow money from family or friends to cover those bills. One in ten had got behind on rent. Some campaigners are calling for increased regulation in the Buy Now Pay Later market.
Clearing out the family home when your parents die is a rite of passage for many. It's a time to revisit childhood memories, but also discover something about who your parents were. We speak to the artist Samantha Clark, who wrote 'The Clearing', a memoir about this experience. In the book she talks about how returning to the house helped her come to terms with the difficult relationship she had with her parents when they were alive.
A long awaited smartphone app to help disabled passengers when they travel on the railways is going to be launched this spring. The Passenger Assist App was first promised back in 2019 and it's launch has been delayed a number of times. More than 85 million rail journeys are made by disabled people every year and the new app is intended to make booking and finding assistance much easier. We speak to a wheelchair user who has been trialling the app, and the Rail Delivery Group which is responsible for its roll out.
