Following on from exploring his Panic Prevention Vol 1 Mixtape earlier in the series, Jamie T continues his takeover as 6 Music's Artist In Residence with more music from the four volumes of Panic Prevention mixtapes he handed out for free at his early gigs in the 00s. Featuring music from the likes of Sister Nancy, Gang Starr, Joan Armatrading, Bob Marley and Jamie's own remix of Gorillaz - Kids With Guns. Between tracks, he discusses how that remix came about from using Damon Albarn's studio, his love of jungle music and which artist he thinks should be included on any mix you ever make...

Presenting his first ever radio shows for this series on Ö÷²¥´óÐã Radio 6 Music, Jamie began his career playing his acoustic bass guitar around Wimbledon in the 2000s. He released his first album, Panic Prevention, in 2007, and quickly gained widespread popularity and acclaim thanks to tracks like If You've Got the Money, Sheila and Calm Down Dearest. In 2022, he released his fifth record, The Theory of Whatever, and it proved his longevity by the record becoming his first to top the UK Albums Chart. He also headlined Glastonbury's John Peel Stage in June and went on the road in November for an 11-date sold out UK tour.
