In conversation with presenter Audrey Carville, Linzi describes the trauma of dealing with the loss of a child and criticises the support services currently available to families.
"Only now do I not only feel strong enough to talk about it, but to use my voice in a bid to help other people. I want to tell people that if they're struggling, they must reach out. Hopefully, I can make a difference."
