with Stephen Jardine

Plus, ahead of Valentines Day, First Dates star Laura Tott on how kitchen skills can spice up a relationship, plus the teenager who's able to fly a plane before he can drive.

Concern has been expressed about the impact on business of the Scottish government's new deposit return scheme, aimed at promoting recycling.  Under the plans, which come into effect in the summer, a 20p tariff is placed on every bottle and can sold, with money given back when containers are returned and then recycled.  Industry says it's too complex and isn't ready, with concern about knock on costs.  Scottish secretary, Alister Jack, wants the project paused -- that's been echoed by former Scottish government minister, Fergus Ewing.
But Green minister Lorna Slater insists it will be successful and says similar schemes are common in other countries -- but the government will continue to listen to the concerns of small producers.
Do you understand the scheme and how it will work? Are you ready for its launch in August.

STEPHEN ASKS:  Are you behind the deposit return scheme?
