The British Industrial Mission was forged in the steel mills of Sheffield in 1944 to reconnect workers with faith and reflection. Nearly 80 years on; when the world of work has changed so vastly, when human resources and well being are the buzz words, and the workforce has become ever more diverse- how do Industrial Chaplains listen and help ?
