'He sounds too young!'

Sean says The Farmer's Daughter is a song that needs an older singer.

"I'm not married to Vince Gill singing The Farmer's Daughter," Sean says.

Pauline in Strabane has requested Vince Gill's version, but Sean prefers Merle Haggard.

"Why don't you just sit up straight and pay attention, Coyle!" says Patrick in Derry. "The customer is always right! It doesn't matter if you're married to it or not. Just play it!"

"Well I will play it," Sean says, "but I just think that when Merle Haggard sings it, he sings it with feeling. Vince is a great singer. But his voice doesn't suit this song. He sounds too young. He doesn't sound like a man whose daughter is getting married. He doesn't sound like a man who's got debt!"

With music from Status Quo, The Move, George Jones, and more.
