This week, Cerys chats to podcasters, historians and sisters Olivia Meikle and Dr. Katie Nelson about their upcoming book What鈥檚 Her Name 鈥� A History of the World in 80 Lost Women. The book was born out of their successful podcast What'sHerName and draws on extensive research and interviews with experts to present an alternative historical narrative, sharing the stories of women from Ancient Egypt, the Roman Empire, Imperial China, the Americas and post-war Europe.

She also hears from Brazillian singer and composer Rubel, who has recently released his new album As Palavras, Vol. 1 & 2 via vinyl/CD on Mr Bongo. One of Rio鈥檚 brightest stars, Rubel fuses the contemporary with the classic, soaking up the richness of Brazil鈥檚 musical heritage.
