Three young people who never thought volunteering would be an option for them, are challenged to give up their time for free for three worthwhile causes. Will they hate every minute or will they come away from the experience with a feeling that helping others has in reality actually helped them?

Meet Lucy who believes looks are super-important. She's asked to work with a charity helping people with scars and other physical imperfections. Mohammed who can barely look after himself is asked to provide meals and company to a lonely elderly person.

And hardcore gamer Andrew, who spends every spare minute on a console or in front of a screen, gets thrown into the deep-end at an eco-park where he has to contend with the outdoors and physical labour - two things that are completely out of his comfort zone.
