Deutsche Bank faces a multi-billion dollar fine for behaviour before the financial crisis. The US Department of Justice wants the German financial company to pay $14 bn to settle a claim. The bank says the figure is too high. Artur Fischer, the joint CEO of the Berlin Stock Exchange, gives us his views. The leaders of European Union states - minus the UK - are meeting in the Slovak capital to discuss the future of the union after Brexit.
