Deutsche Bank faces a multi-billion dollar fine for behaviour before the financial crisis. The US Department of Justice wants the German financial company to pay $14 bn to settle a claim. The bank says the figure is too high. Artur Fischer, the joint CEO of the Berlin Stock Exchange, gives us his views. The leaders of European Union states - minus the UK - are meeting in the Slovak capital to discuss the future of the union after Brexit. We discuss the challenge they face with Prof Ray Kinsella of University College Dublin and Prof Peter Bofinger of the University of Wurzburg and a member of Chancellor Merkel's advisory team.
