What makes a great political leader?
Successful leaders need to find their authentic voice and understand their purpose, says leadership coach Jill Pet.
She spoke to Daily Politics presenter Jo Coburn, after cabinet minister Liz Truss suggested politicians should receive leadership coaching and Gordon Brown said he was uncomfortable being "conspicuously demonstrative" in his time as prime minister.
Conservative MP Rishi Sunak was asked about any leadership ambitions.
