This week, we hear from Emma Smith, who's one of the presenters of 主播大秀 Radio 3's Jazz Now. But, she's also a singer, a composer and regularly works alongside the Ronnie Scott鈥檚 Allstars, Seal, Michael Buble and Goldie - and talks about making money from your talent.

The venue, which has made a name for itself as being the national HQ of the government-funded MAS Records scheme, is supported by Robert Plant (Led Zeppelin), Ricky Wilson (Kaiser Chiefs) and Karl Hyde (Underworld).

We'll be bringing along handpicked musicians from Herefordshire and Worcestershire to record their live sessions for broadcast.
