After
hearing what Eugene McCoy had
to say, we went out on to the streets of Middlesbrough armed with
nothing but a 'parmo' and a camera to get your opinions on the parmesan.

For
the uninitiated, the parmesan is a pork or chicken fillet covered
in bread crumbs and parmesan cheese and can only be found in the
Teesside region.
So,
the humble parmo, local delicacy or culinary madness? What do you
