James Dean Bradfield and Nicky Wire of Manic Street Preachers talk about their support for a campaign to safeguard Spillers Records in Cardiff, the oldest record shop in the world.

It formed a central role in their early career as a hub for the local indie scene, and the two Manics recall fondly their days busking outside.

The shop remains open in 2009.

This clip is taken from The Culture Show.
