At the back end of 2004 in Aberystwyth, some members of the sadly-missed (but school-age) band Mozz reformed as the fuzzy indie Welsh-language outfit Radio Luxembourg.

Jones, Hughes and Herrick were joined by Spikes and Gaffey, and set about forming their own sound and making the leap out of the strict linguistic constraints of touring and radio play as Radio Luxembourg.
