***Gig Roundup*** Ram's Pocket, Gillian Welch, Noah & the Whale
Round up of gigs announced in the last few days:
The Communion gig night returns to the Stuff Kitten, belfast on the 30th of September with Ram's Pocket Radio the headline act. Lowly Knights, Jamie Neish and Babysweet will support on the night.
American singer/songwriter John Vanderslice will play a free gig at Katy Daly's, Belfast on Wednesday the 28th of September as part of an Irish tour supporting his latest album White Wilderness. Robyn G Shiels will support.
Sea Pinks will launch their album, Dead Seas at the Menagerie, Belfast on Friday the 9th of September.
Empty Lungs and Assailants will have a joint launch party for their repestcive releases on Tuesday the 20th of September. The gig will also feature 1000 Drunken Nights and Prolapse and take place at Aunt Annies, Belfast.
Gillian Welch will play the Waterfront, Belfast Ìýon November 18th and the Grand Canal Theatre, DublinÌýon the 17th of November.
Noah and the Whale have moved from the Mandela Hall to the bigger venue of theÌýUlster Hall for their gig on Sunday the 9th of October.
Professor Green has announced a live date at the Mandela Hall, Belfast in Friday the 28th of October. The show is a 14+ gig and doors at 7pm.
