Just nipping to the supermarket with The Chosen One, to pick up some garlic for Mummy. Played golf with Vassos earlier. Got stuffed by the great man and . . . his Dad.
Alex - possibly one of the kindest most gentle men I have ever met. A joy - but let me tell you, I now ache after golf like I used to after an afternoon playing football.
Hot bath required. Noah ! Don't throw the water away. I'm in straight after you.
Early night, another big day tomorrow, the show, filming for The Olympics and then off to The One Show, before din dins with my wife and a couple of pals.

No, I think the skies emptied all they could in the last day or two. Some horrendous flooding on roads in parts. I must say, after my episode of being hoicked out by the Fire brigade a couple of years back, I very cowardly wait until I see that others have got through in some patches, before dipping my 'toes' in myself.
I think the Lyme Bay to IOW had a yellow warning for heavy hailstones last night, measuring 150mm, so fairly large and would probably sting, if caught out in them.
No sign of Bids this morning? I hope she had a better nights sleep.

Right, off out to buy some sturdier walking boots.

I must admit that I thought Chris was talking about "books" when he mentioned classics, and not cars! So what would the "yoof" of today consider to be book classics - I'm guessing Harry Potter would be quite high up on the list.
Loved the Strictly Guys this morning, what a great bunch. James is from my neck of the woods and his hairdresser is in the road that runs parrallel to the one I work on - that's a tenious link :)

They say for a bad back... keep active.... So a will carry on working!!!!!!
Also the one thing a don't know if other bloggers find.... when yer ill & stay indoors yer seem more of a baby at 'ome!!!!!!
Go outside and yer seem/ feel thougher and somehow the pain seems less - know what am sayin'!!!!!!!
