Christmas may still be just under a month away but for us on The Chris Moyles Show it鈥檚 already filling every minute of conversation in the office. Rachel鈥檚 working on a very special Radio 1 Christmas Party, I鈥檓 working on a Christmas day special and Jocelin鈥檚 producing a Boxing Day edition of the show.
Hello there we've just finished the show and are all a bit over excited as we're off to the famous Abbey Road studios today. Sandy Beech (yes that is his name) makes all our music for the show. He's organised a big session with strings, brass and everything to make all the new stuff for next year.
Hello to you, I hope you're having a good Monday morning. Aled and I are busily working in the office, when Aled says 'Who's doing the blog today?'. I totally forgot to give someone the job today, so thought I better do it! So here I am...
Yes you guessed it, it's Friday which usually means that Dave's left to blog as everyone else wants to start their weekend but he's pulled a showbiz strop and walked out early. Aled would have stepped in but he's busy interviewing Dom upstairs. You just know that's for his own personal Podcast so keep an eye on this weekend! Anyway enough about the team you want to hear about Russell Brand (if not I suggest you stop reading as I've nothing else to talk about)!
Good Morning all, I'd actually left the building. Kind of like Elvis but not really. Then suddenly realised I hadn't written my blog. So I downed the latte and here I am.
We're off to a screening later - not sure if we can talk about it as its not out till January but hey ho! Am sure if its good we'll let you know. Also quite scared today as the Captain is down. That means he'll meet the team. Hmmmmm
So yesterday was fun - Chelsea were really pants - still can't believe that they would play that badly on purpose just to get Barcelona knocked out. Ballack lived up to his name! Thank god Frank will be back against Manchester United at the weekend...

Not my favourite day of the week I鈥檒l be honest with you.
The tube was that bit more packed today (a rush hour evil that those of us 鈥渃hoosing鈥 to live in London have to put up with) which meant I had the pleasure of being pressed up against some sweaty businessman鈥檚 smelly pit.
A pushy woman who I see every morning was just a little bit more pushy this morning (tube-rage is alive and well I assure you) and just about every computerised thing at Radio 1 is shutting down for Christmas or on strike which means everything鈥檚 taking twice as long to do today.
Long time no speak, hope all's well with you? Once again I've been left with the end of week blog shift which is never anybody's favourite cos we all want to bugger off for the weekend, but before I go, why don't we have a little one way chat so I can tell you what I've been up to on the cutting edge of showbusiness.

Every day at the end of the show the entire cast list of The Chris Moyles Show gather in the studio to collectively decide on a few show related things. Dave (in addition to his Head of Comedy role) is in charge of the 鈥榙iary鈥. This is a 主播大秀 planner which Dave writes into, noting everything that happens on the show. Typically it鈥檚 very detailed on the things he finds funny e.g. Aled or Chelsea bashing, and sketchy on the things he finds less funny e.g. Dave or Everton bashing. Crucially the other time the 鈥榙iary鈥 entry becomes a bit scarce is when he鈥檚 really enjoying the show which unfortunately for us is the bit we really need because most importantly we use the diary to decide on two key things, what goes into the trail, and what makes it into the podcast.
Good Morning Bloggers - its my turn today - apologies if we have been a bit slack with the old blogs this week - its been soo busy for some reason and in our permanently tired and emotional states we kept forgetting who said they'd do it..Anyway its me today! So there I was stood on street corners in London freezing my privates off, shouting and bouncing like a clubber on one too many energy drinks, while handing envelopes out to any strangers who approached me. I DO have a strange job.
