Chris - is going for a meeting at 11 and then (hopefully) he's going for a frothy bevy with Sir Tom Jones, he's then going home to look after his girlfriend's nephew and niece and then tonight he's seeing an old friend and colleague
Dave - might be having a drink with Sir Tom Jones and then he has to pick up his Mum from the train station
Dom - is possibly having a drink with Sir Tom Jones
Aled - has meetings this morning then he's going home to get his sleep quota then he'll be presenting the Summer Surgery tonight which is about body image
Tina - is going on a special tour of the Olympic Park in East London
Matt - has a busy day of meetings and then tonight he's going to a band rehearsal
