I think Phil *and* Sharon are really going to be together regardless of the pretence. They still like each other it's so obvious. One thing i don't like about Eastenders is that it shows people as cheap !! One min they like one person next minute they like the other and they get over one another so easily. In reality love is nothing of that sort.

Greatestfan i dint think phil is over shirley. Everytime she is mentioned he hates it and cant talk about her. I think he also mumbled her name last thursday. I think hes desperately trying to move on. I used to think phil and sharon will get together but im not so convinced now. He jinxed it on friday as if theyre going to spend the rest of their lives together?! That doesnt even happen in soap nevermind to phil..im also convinced he uses shirleys ring so if he does he cant have meant that.

The ring looks exactly like shirleys and it even gets stuck on sharons finger. Doesnt sound like phil buys a new ring. When jimmy mentioned shirley last week phil hated it. Phil also ,mumbled shirleys name last week. Im not making this up out of nowhere. This fake engagement isnt normal. Phil and sharon are not going to live happily ever after. It doesnt happen to phil nevermind in soap. Shirleys back december the 3rd and i think this is leading to a big phil/shirley/sharon thing. And no they would not get them together by now EE loves doing long builds up. I have watched from episode 1 the best ones have long build ups. Phil's face lights up around Sharon, even your precious Shirley knows that. Of course he is not 100% happy his son is inside. I am guessing you do not have kids.

totally agree that Christian's hair looks ridiculous, and kinda cliche "gay"..he needs to cut that blond flop off, and go back to his usual good look..As for Sharon and Phil, I have also watched the show since the beginning, and Sharon & Phil have a long, intense history, and their affair behind Grant's back, the classic playing of the tape in The Vic, in front of everyone? I do think that Phil did love Shirley, and may still, but he is too arrogant, and Sharon is too tempting for him to resist..I love how she talks to him like no one else would dare..lol. as for Lucy, yes she is terribly thin, she could pass thru a keyhole without touching the sides, not healthy at all. My only complaint is that EE is using similar themes again, Joey and Lauren, ala Sharon and Dennis..obviously either joey/lauren is not a biological Branning, Kat being Zoe's mother,,AWESOME scenes back then, Jesse wallace is the bomb!! Kat cheating on Alfie..again..with Derek? please not him, that is too much of a stretch, even for kat..and Tanya and Sharon are sisters, just waiting for that to come out..I love this show!!
