Brilliant, I love Lego and birds!

I just have to tell you that two blue tit clutches of 10 eggs each fledged yesterday,a total sucess.It was magical to watch !!!

Lovely lego birds! Barn owls, kingfishers or peregrines would be great to see too.

Loved them all, especially the redstart. I think there should be a bird of prey in there too.

After seeing/hearing the "Sound Effects" exercise of bird noises etc., on "Spring Watch - Unsprung" tonight , & their calming & other effects at Airports & at a town-centre in N.America, I wonder if it might be a good idea to introduce something similar in many of our large super-markets instead of the raucous cacaphony of "pop music" - & especially in Autumn in lieu of so the called "Xmas Music"

For some years we have immensely enjoyed your programmes, and since Ö÷²¥´óÐã HD has become available in Holland we have become addicted. As to strange nests: As a boy roaming about in the woods in Gelderland in 1943 I found a blackbird nest completely made from the black/silver strips strewn by the RAF planes to confuse the German radar. I took it to the Rotterdam natural history museum, where it was displayed by the then director, Dr.van Poederoyen. Last year I asked the present director, Moeleker, whether it was still there. Unfortunately most of the collection was destroyed by a fire some years ago (including the filing system), so I don't have any pictures of it and I have no proof that it ever existed.
Anyway, thanks for the best Ö÷²¥´óÐã programme of all!

I have some great news: Tom has made far more birds than are on display here, including the above requested Barn Owl and the King Fisher and I know he will make a Peregrine Falcon at some point. Tom has made a British bird series, a Tropical Bird series, a Northern American Bird series and part of a Oceania series. He is still working on the latter, but I know he has also made quite a few Southern American birds, which are still to be revealed. If you would like these birds to be made into actual sets by LEGO, please take a few minutes to support Tom's LEGO bird project on the following LEGO website: All you need to do is press the green support button, register like you did for this site (user name, password and e-mail address to confirm), answer 3 simple questions (What kind of price you would pay -purely hypothetically, there is NO commitment, How many you would buy - again, no commitment- and Why do you like this project) and then, most importantly: press the green support button again to actually register your support.
