•Disabled kids camp: Before the show, we visited 15-year-old wheelchair user George at a half-term camp for disabled teenagers where they learnt new wheelchair skills and how to communicate what you want from your personal assistants. Mainstream schooled George rarely meets other disabled people, was it a culture shock for him? Find out how he got on.

•Alastair Campbell:Hannah, who is 19 and experiences mental health problems and other disabilities, interviews Tony Blair's ex press secretary. They chat about job choices, getting back to work after a period of depression, and the importance of openness.

•Quiet as a mouse during the main interview, Liz couldn't help grabbing her opportunity to ask Alastair Campbell about the current government's plans for welfare reform.

To wrap up, George and Hannah give their take on the month's disability news, getting rather animated about the very non-disability issue of footballers' wages.

•Off-air: Hannah and George both loved the mic and there was nothing they were afraid to talk about or ask. They gave Alastair Campbell a right grilling after recording had ended. He remained perfectly charming and has since sent them both signed copies of his book.
