Carey Mulligan – Biography

Ìý

Carey Mulligan had her big break playing Kitty Bennet in the big screen adaptation of Pride and Prejudice, starring Keira Knightley and Matthew Macfadyen.

Ìý

The 21-year-old actress went on to appear in another classic costume drama, Bleak House, this time for Ö÷²¥´óÐã ONE. Carey played orphan Ada Clare in the award-winning Andrew Davies adaptation, starring Gillian Anderson and Charles Dance.

Ìý

Carey's other TV credits include Trial and Retribution and an episode of ITV's Marple: The Sittaford Mystery.

Ìý

She will return to Jane Austen with another TV costume drama, Northanger Abbey, starring JJ Field and Felicity Jones. Adapted once again by Andrew Davies, Carey will play Isabella Thorpe.

This is Jemma's first professional television acting role.

Ros' closest friend from Eatanswill, who still works at Greengages but makes time to offer advice to her ex-boss when she needs it.

Sue Vincent – Biography

Ìý

Sue Vincent has appeared in Coronation Street; William and Mary; and Alistair McGowan's Ö÷²¥´óÐã ONE detective series, Mayo. Sue made her debut in an episode of Casualty in 2004.

Ìý

She appeared in If…, starring Saskia Reeves in the same year; before appearing in William and Mary, starring Martin Clunes; and Mayo.

Ìý

She also played a midwife in three episodes of Coronation Street in 2006.
