Natural great wall

To film time-lapse sequences on the north face of Everest, the crew hiked for 4 hours up the treacherously slippery Rongbuk glacier. The constant rumble of rock slides was a reminder of how rapidly conditions here can change. To hammer it home, on the return journey the sun had turned what had been a frozen stream into a raging torrent forcing the crew to strip down and ford it, carrying the heavy film gear above their heads.
