Hay-on-Wye's Huw Parsons began writing and performing poetry in 2010 and since then has teamed up with many local musicians.
听
His latest CD is called The Big Freeze and it features many residents talking about their towns and cities, with Sting being one of the voices of the north east.
听
"Spoken word poetry fused with rich melodies that has led to many high calibre artists wanting to collaborate with this unique story-telling concept" - Andrew Marston.
The Montreal Jazz Festival
The 主播大秀 is sending one of our area's most prolific guitarists off to Canada, this month, to perform at the Monreal Jazz Festival.

Remi Harris, who's from Bromyard but now living in Tenbury, has been chosen by 主播大秀 Introducing in Hereford & Worcester to perform alongside just a handful of artists from across the country.

17 - 18 June: HopFest, Bewdley
HopFest has been taking place these last couple of years in the riverside town of Bewdley, featuring tonnes of local bands.
听
Their director, Peter Barnett, says: "It's a very good and talented line up - all local and from Worcestershire, including some really good young bands."
听
There's also camping facilities at this year's event.
Euro 2016
As thousands of football fans are enjoying Euro 2016, the 主播大秀 has released the theme tune that's being used to introduce its coverage of the tournament.
听
It's a cover of the Edith Piaf classic La Foule, and it's been recorded by 21-year-old 主播大秀 Introducing star Izzy Bizu.
听
She's been talking about the recording of the song, along with arranger and conductor, Ben Foster.
18 June: Tenbury Music Festival
A number of local acts and performers will be taking to the stage at this new event, raising money for the Teenage Cancer Trust.
听
This 12-hour event will feature two stages, food stalls and a beer tent.

The event, which is now in its 29th year, is such a success - there are now Hay Festivals taking place all over the world.

This year, other musicians included KT Tunstall, Suzanne Vega and Sir Tom Jones.

Fast forward a decade - and she's now a household name across the globe, with many of her lesser heard singles in Britain flying high in the US Billboard charts.

The听主播大秀 has welcomed her back on stage,听putting her on听at Radio 1's Big Weekend in Exeter.
Elgar
His life and music has been synonymous with Worcestershire for more than 80 years, but now there are fears thousands of Edward Elgar's memorabilia could be taken out of the county.
听
The National Trust is due to begin running the Elgar Birthplace Museum at Lower Broadheath in October for five years, but this has raised concerns that some of the 15,000-strong Elgar-related items stored at the museum, including letters, manuscripts, postcards and sketches, could be moved elsewhere.听
