Kate is a television presenter who specialises in wildlife and science programmes. She has presented shows such as , and .

Before she started training for the Let’s Play Darts tournament, Kate had never really thrown a dart and describes her darting technique as “haphazard”.

Her darting strength is that she is very competitive and once she gets up at the oche she will want to “bloody well win”. She says she is ‘a bad loser’.

If Kate wins the Let’s Play Darts trophy she will display it on the Severn Bridge with a huge banner alongside it.

Glen is currently ranked as the number one darts player by the BDO and in January this year he won the Men’s World Masters 2015.

He then went on to win the Isle of Man Classic, the Denmark Open, the Welsh Open and the Cleveland Open. He also marked 2015 with the biggest win of his career, beating Ohio native Larry Butler in the final of the BDO World Masters, making him the BDO World Masters Champion.

When he isn’t playing darts Glen works full-time as an Estate Manager for Coast & Country, but admits that juggling a full-time job, playing professional darts, while being a husband and a father, is sometimes a struggle.
