Episode Eight: Marching orders ...

Christopher travelled to Hamburg with Jamie to conduct market research into crisps on behalf of Synergy. The pair tucked into some ‘currywurst’ sausages and relayed their strong appeal back to Project Manager Chris, in Essex. He contacted the Marriot Hotel for a meeting and accepted a 9am appointment the next day, but changed it to 1pm at Jamie's insistence.

The following morning, he roamed around the local cafes and businesses with Jamie trying to secure orders for their crisps. After the news of the task failure, Christopher was returned to the boardroom by his Project Manager Chris to face a firing. Despite it being the first time he was in such a position, Lord Sugar opted to fire him, citing the absence of an entrepreneurial spark.

Christopher was on the losing team Synergy. They secured total orders worth €17,995.

Episode Seven: Train in vain ...

Christopher headed to an indoor ski slope at Milton Keynes with Jamie to film the backdrop for Synergy's blue screen experience. The former Marine suggested making the video more child-orientated, which led to Jamie donning a penguin outfit.

At the same time, the rest of Synergy was being instructed on how to operate the machinery to manufacture the DVDs for later in the task. However, shortly before the stand was due to open at Westfield Shopping Centre, Christopher was chosen by Sandeesh to run the DVD manufacturing process. He had to be trained by the others, leading to the blue screen experience stand opening 50 minutes late.

Christopher was on the losing team Synergy. Their total profit was £222.97.

Episode Six: A narrow victory ...

Christopher took on the Project Manager duties for Synergy's successful advertising campaign. He latched onto the Octopus suggestion from a focus group, which resulted in the 'Octi-kleen' product. He briefed designers along with Liz and Stella, before deciding to take a leading onscreen role as a husband in the commercial.

While auditioning his 'fake wife' for the ad, he admitted he was keen to avoid casting any 'mingers' in the part. The commercial was criticised for its backward approach to contemporary gender roles, but that failed to prevent Lord Sugar from declaring Synergy the winners as they understood and followed the task's brief more than Apollo.

Christopher was Project Manager on the winning team Synergy. Lord Sugar deemed their campaign to be superior to Apollo's.

Episode Five: Pointing the finger ...

Christopher met a range of clothes designers for Synergy's fashion boutique along with Project Manager Liz and Joanna. For much of the task he was responsible for roving around the vast Trafford Centre trying to alert shoppers to the presence of their boutique 'The Collection' and pointing them in the right direction.

Christopher was on the winning team Synergy. Their total sales were £3760.37.

Episode Four: A background figure ...

Christopher was a quietly confident part of the selling sub team alongside Jamie and Joanna, trying to sell spades and showers to retailers. They enjoyed a fair degree of success, but this was not enough to propel them ahead of Apollo in total sales. When Christopher heard that the other sub team had snared just £897 of sales, he voiced his disapproval of their efforts loudly in the boardroom.

Christopher was on the losing team Synergy. Their total sales were £76,518.80.

Episode Three: Flour power ...

The former Marine won plenty of plaudits for running Synergy's baking operation in the factory, with Nick Hewer branding him "brilliant". When Melissa and her fellow pitcher arrived to assist with the process, Christopher ensured they were fully briefed about how to proceed.

Once unleashed from the ovens, Christopher was part of the successful Le Pain Artisan stall in Kingston-upon-Thames that sold croissants and bagels.

Christopher was on the winning team Synergy. They took £999.37, spent £139.50 and made a £859.87 profit.

Episode Two: Product demonstrator …

Christopher accompanied Alex and Chris Bates to Butlins in Bognor to solicit feedback from the visitors there. He also made a big effort to persuade Stella to adopt the role of a model for the team's photo shoot.

However, Christopher's most prominent contribution was demonstrating the multifunctional uses of the Cüüli product during the pitches to the retailers. This involved lying down on a towel in a room before a panel of strangers while trying to look relaxed. Who said guys can't multitask?

Christopher was on the winning team Synergy. An order for 100 Cüüli units was placed by one of the three retailers.

Episode One: A meaty mission ...

The former marine's first assignment on the sausage task involved cutting the meat up into chunks small enough to dump in the mincer. This is more commonly known as 'drawing the short straw'.

For the selling period, Christopher stayed put on the market stall in Portobello Road. He kept a low profile during the task, but eventually vented his views in the boardroom during a discussion on his team's failure. He criticised the texture of the sausages, saying that they "looked like sand … the mixture shouldn't have left the mixer until it was at the right consistency".

Christopher was on the losing team Synergy. They took £593.33, spent £287.43 and made a £305.90 profit.
