Idles along at the start till our hero realises he is being followed. Puts his foot down song speeds up. He throws the car all over the city unable to shake off his pursuer. Through the open air market straight through the fruit and veg stall, still cant shake him off down the sidewalk takes out a few alfresco tables from the local coffee shop but he is still being tailed turns left then right diwn the alleyway where there is a proverbial stack of cardboard boxes and yes hes right through them out the other side and he gets away. Sigh of relief, mop of the brow, song slows right back down again. Yheres not a mark on his car.

Best car chase (and probably one of the slowest)

what about the more languid free flowing open highways type with an exestential freedom of the soul being chased by your past or by some redneck in a 4-wheel drive pick-up who'd popped into the store for some grain for the cattle back on the ranch?.....

I recorded the series and only saw the first of the shows last night. Amazed to see that Chirpy Chirpy Cheep Cheep made it into the 70s fifteen. I was really surprised to hear that this is one of fewer than 30 singles to have sold more than 10 million copies world wide. Nae accounting for taste.

Actually, I think that would be a great car chase track and commend it to the house. Pity I won't hear it though since I will be out tonight. I therefore dedicate it to Scotch.
