I promised some more behind the scenes photos from our new location at earlier this week. As luck would have it I was there yesterday. The sun shone, the birds sung (especially loud were the black caps and willow warblers in the woodland) and I had my camera to hand...

It's empty now but in a week the production tent will be the busiest place at Springwatch...

We holidayed in Norfolk with the children last year - in part to call in at Pensthorpe while Springwatch was there. There was evidence of Springwatch everywhere at Pensthorpe and it greatly added to our visit seeing the river cams, studio etc. As luck would have it we will be on holiday on the Llyn peninsular at the same time of broadcast and Ynys-hir is only a drive away.
