With just TWO DAYS to go until our double-whammy of live shows on Friday 1st and Saturday 2nd October, our carefully-timed countdown of Training Diary videos is almost complete as well. Tomorrow we'll reveal Tina O'Brien's video, but today it's the turn of England goalkeeping legend Peter Shilton and his partner Erin Boag to take to the floor.

Peter, lovely straight back, nice headline, not afraid to stride out and clearly a grafter.
Couple of tips though - watch your shoulder line - when you get worried/confused/stressed your shoulders creep up. Stay relaxed by breathing correctly - ask Erin and she'll explain - it will give you the time and focus to remember your steps and will stop you from sabotaging your shoulder line when you are in your tail suit. Think of Anton when he looks as though he's got all the time in the world and looks so relaxed and cool, calm and collected - that's what you are aiming for. Start thinking of your body as a whole, not as just body parts to gain control over and place here or there; there needs to be a fluidity to it - at the moment sometimes your feet are in the right place, but the rest of your body hasn't quite caught up by the time you've finished your move. Listen really hard to the music and try to get the feel for the whole thing - it's not just steps - you are trying to convey a story and emotions with your body. I know that's really hard for a footballer, but you've got it in you - you just need to let it out. Play the music all the time, not just when you are at practise - fall in love with it - it will give you a better feel for the dancing. Try to create a persona for each dance to help you with your characterisation of the dance - get Erin to help you with that.
Erin, you are looking fabulous this year - married ife clearly agrees with you. I think you need to get Peter to an acting coach and a ballet class so he can start to open himself up and find the inner dancer in him.
I have my fingers crossed for you guys for your first show.
