We have some excellent news for you - the lovely Tina O'Brien has returned to training after missing last week's show due to chickenpox. She'll be taking on the Charleston with partner Jared Murillo this weekend. Here's what the Ö÷²¥´óÐã press office says:

Strictly Come Dancing star Tina O'Brien is back and fighting fit after a bout of chickenpox meant she had to miss last Saturday's live show. On Tuesday, Tina was given the all clear from her doctor and started training again with her dance partner Jared Murillo. Tina and Jared are both extremely excited to be back this Saturday to perform a cheeky Charleston.

Tina says "It is good to be back dancing, and I really want to catch up this week. I am a little tired, but I am so looking forward to Saturday when I will Charleston back to Strictly!"

Welcome back Tina! And good luck with Saturday's show.

Great news, I do hope she doesn't overdo it though.

Week 1 she was level with Michelle/Brendan on 24pts and again in Week 2 with 26pts. But because the points for both Week 1 and 2 were added together actually her 50pts was on a par with Patsy Kensit too who in my view the second best female celeb (Craig should be ashamed of himself for giving only a 4 in Week 1 and a 5 last week. Though she got a 7 from him in Week 2)

She is safe for enough now I think as Gavin Henson must be fave to go out, but soon I think she will have to kick on and do better if she want's to stay in, or she may get sucked in to the danger zone at the bottom.

Great to see Tina back. It's tough dancing after chicken pox so let's hope the judges take this into consideration on Saturday.

I am really pleased to see Tina return. It is never nice to be ill. But please could one of the strictly people confirm something for me? Tina is the 1st person to miss a show for health reasons and then recover for the following week. The other people to be given a bye for health reasons have all been forced to withdraw. So if misfortune strikes Tina at a later date in the series what would happen to her? Would she be given another bye through to the following week or would it count as her 2nd strike forcing her to be eliminated?

@ - pasopeter tangoedtony. Yes. There has been two. Jade Johnson who injured herself last year and Jimmy Tarbuck in 2006. A dickie heart I think. Both I think were so bad they could not return so I think there was no question of them coming back.

And I think same rule as this time would apply. If she failed to make it the second week she would have to withdraw. But again I think it would be so bad there would be no doubt in peoples mind about her leaving indefinitely.

Thanks for your answer SCDFanatic. So just to clarify it if Tina was unfortunate enough to suffer another illness or get an injury she would be given a 2nd bye of the competition and she would only be eliminated if (having received that bye) she wasn't well enough to take her place in the following weeks show. Have I understood that correctly?
