Jason is my favourite amongst the boys, and I'm thrilled for Kristina that she's finally been given a partner who can move well. The pair of them seem quite serious in that clip, which is good, but there's room for fun too.

Impressed with Jason and Kristina early training video - seems they have identical work ethics and are obviously getting along very well indeed so all bodes very well for the future. You can see Jason can already dance so he's pretty much halfway there!

I think this couple are going to be great - he looks like a natural mover (despite his modesty about his dance abilities) and Kristina is both a great choreographer and an exciting dancer to watch. For the public to keep supporting Jason through the weeks, though, he's going to have to be careful that he doesn't take it all too seriously and can show a good balance of hard work and FUN. I think taking it all a bit too seriously has been the thing that tipped the balance for previous celebs who were superb movers and had the potential to win but ended as runner ups (Matt last year, Ricki the year before, Rachel before that...there's a lesson in there somewhere...)

I agree about potential there. It seems like Jase' is trying really hard to master in his mind the basics. I don't think that is stiffness I am seeing in the clip. I think Khristina is just trying to get him to understand the basics in his mind.

I think they'll do well. He's still in training mode from his last role so that gives him a good stamina base. I like the work ethic. No moans about blisters, just getting down to it. He knows how valuable this honeymoon period is and will make the most of it. I only hope Jason doesn't lose the obligatory 2 stones otherwise he'll disappear!

Thimk I must be missing something... oh, yes, enjoyment! Take it seriously, by all means, but if you're not enjoying it, what's the point? Have you edited out all the fun bits, Auntie? I can't believe Jase and Kristina aren't having any fun, I'm sure they've both got a sense of humour. Hopefully, they'll stay in long enough to show it.

Jason definetely looks the part and to be fair if there was one person I would judge before the series it would be him simply because of the amount of times Claudia has had him on the ITT Friday panel analysing the pre - show training and he certainly seems to know what he is talking about, saying where different celebs are going wrong in their dances. It will be interesting to see how he does when he is under the microscope on the dance floor but early signs are good. If I was to pick a name I would also call them Team Jastina

My Polar bear senses are tingling. Already I'm worried Jase will push, get something wrong, then blow up with self anger and forget to cover it over in the performance.
