Viewers can prepare to be amazed as three of the world's best magic acts team up with three celebrities to bring jaw-dropping illusion and magic tricks with contemporary twists, hosted by Lenny Henry.

Illusionist of the decade, Luis de Matos, is joined by business entrepreneur Peter Jones; Bafta- nominated magic act, the dark and twisted Barry and Stuart, team up with actor and comedian Adrian Edmondson; and the king of close-up magic, Chris Korn, is partnered by TV presenter Amanda Byram.

They all perform three magic acts in a bid to impress the studio audience and avoid the dreaded forfeit trick. Who will be taking on the extreme feat of mind over matter this week?

A bruised Kirsty (Lucy Gaskell) has her secret uncovered by Adam

Kirsty's bruising secret is about to be uncovered by Adam, Jordan is kidnapped at knife-point and Ruth's behaviour worries Tess as the medical drama continues.

Kirsty is feeling the effects of Warren's latest beating. Adam is suspicious and concerned but she refuses to be drawn about the cause of her aching back. Suspecting possible fractures, Kirsty secretly arranges an X-ray on her injuries but Adam discovers the results first and confronts her about Warren's abuse. Warren later arrives with flowers for Kirsty and Adam tries to play it cool, but when Kirsty arrives home to find Warren waiting alone, she is terrified that trouble is brewing.

Jordan is forced into the back of a van at knifepoint by Liam, who drives him to a disused warehouse where Britney Carter (the cyclist from the car accident in last week's episode) has been stabbed in the neck.

She refuses to go to hospital in case the gang who attacked her tracks them down. Although Jordan manages to stabilise her, he warns Britney that she could die in an instant and she agrees to go to the ED while Liam flees. Henry is impressed with Jordan's dedication and surgical work in such difficult circumstances but will he change his mind and open the surgical position to an application from Jordan?

Meanwhile, Tess tries to convince the gang that they should offer Ruth some support after what happened with Edward. But Ruth, tyrannical as ever, becomes obsessed over a missing audit book. Tess finds it, but instead of facts and figures, it is filled with ramblings and doodles...

Fashion and celebrity photographer Rankin recreates some of the world's most iconic celebrity images in order to explore the glamorous world of Hollywood photography. The programme looks at wonderful images from Hollywood history and the vital role they play in our love affair with movie stars, featuring contributions from British photographer Terry O'Neill and celebrities including Hollywood legend Jane Russell, Michael Sheen (Frost/Nixon) and Selma Blair (Cruel Intentions).

Looking at the golden age of Garbo and Dietrich, brooding shots of Marlon Brando, and the amazing allure of images of Marilyn Munroe, Rankin sets about recreating what he considers to be some of the most important celebrity images of all time. He recruits a list of some of LA's leading creatives in hair, make-up, and costume to help him, and casts some of Hollywood's A-list talent in his reconstructions.

Some of the well-known faces to appear in the programme include leading Hollywood actors Leslie Mann (Knocked Up; 40 Year Old Virgin) and Matthew Rhys (Brothers And Sisters), with editorial contributions from Vanity Fair West Coast Editor Krista Smith. Shooting The Hollywood Stars investigates the cultural and practical history of photography through the lens of one of the UK's leading photographers.

Dick And Dom's Funny Business

CÖ÷²¥´óÐã's duo Dick and Dom are back to reclaim Saturday mornings with a new series showcasing the cream of the British comedy crop.

Filmed in front of a live studio audience, Dick And Dom's Funny Business finds the pair running their own comedy business. Each week their venue plays host to established comedy stars – including Stephen K Amos, Jason Byrne, Warwick Davis and John Thomson – and brand-new acts – including Idiots Of Ants, The Three Englishmen, Oram & Meeten, Frisky & Mannish and Pappys – in a mirthful mixture of sketches.

Recurring characters appearing on tape include The Wrestlers, who want to fight Dick and Dom; Animals' Den, where inventors pitch their animal-friendly products to furry entrepreneurs; and the 40-Year-Old Scout, whose leader won't let him leave until he has all his badges.

In addition, Dick and Dom showcase the art of slapstick in their History Of Comedy video demonstration, and they join house-band Abandoman in a big end number where they all sing the praises of the day's special guest in a razor-sharp improvised rap number.

The Wrestlers are played by Steve Burge and Tony Way, the Animals' Den entrepreneurs by Tommy and The Weeks, and the 40-Year-Old Scout and his leader by John Hopkins and Rich Glover.
