Paul and Ryan Edwards' wildlife photography
In 2009 Gordon Buchanan made a film for Springwatch with passionate wildlife film-makers about their local barn owl (you can watch it here). Since then the twins, now aged 19, have been continuing to film their local wildlife, in particular the wildlife that lives in a meadow near their home in Suffolk: a family of barn owls, a little owl and a kingfisher.
You can see the beautiful film they've made of the meadow in tonight's Springwatch (or get a sneak preview on Ö÷²¥´óÐã Suffolk's website). Until then, have a look at some of their gorgeous stills photography taken in that very same meadow.

Paul: Hardly making a sound, they'll often turn up without notice (©Paul Edwards)
Ryan: Watching the owls learn to dive is breathtaking, photographing it is a great challenge (©Ryan Edwards)

Ryan: Hares run past the oak each morning keeping to the same track (©Ryan Edwards)
Ryan: I always look forward to photographing the kingfishers when they arrive back on our patch in the late summer. This one's colours glow as it dives to catch its breakfast (©Ryan Edwards)
Ryan: The hay meadows have a thick litter layer giving a great home for voles and a perfect place to photograph the barn owls hunting (©Ryan Edwards)
