Last night, we revealed this year's 14 brand new Strictly celebrities - and what an overwhelmingly positive response they've received in the press and online - thanks for your supportive comments!Ìý

If you haven't already seen them, why not have a watch of the Launch Interviews weÌýconducted with each of our 14 celebrities?ÌýIt might give you an idea about who could be the one to watch this series...Ìý

This afternoon, our attention now turns to the corridors of Ö÷²¥´óÐã TV Centre - because today is the day when the Launch Show for this eighth series of Strictly Come Dancing is recorded!

There's a hive of activity everywhere in Ö÷²¥´óÐã TV Centre today - a big red carpet parade area has been set up in the famous 'concrete doughnut' of TV Centre, and there's a big group of eager members of the public already queueing up, waiting for their first glimpse of the celebs, the pro dancers and the brand new members of our Dance Troupe.

Who cares if this show is not as popular as X Factor, Scott Maslen has the worldwide X Factor, he's better than Cheryl Cole and Simon Cowell, he's better than this show too, nothing is a good as him, nothng on Earth.
Lots and lots of love to Scott Maslen

I'm so looking forward to the launch show, but please please please Strictly Paul - when can we have some information about It Takes Two....

An excellent line up of celebrities, I really hope Patsy Kensit can dance a bit, and yes, Strictly Paul, whats with "It Takes Two", will it be the Twinklewoman, and is it the same format. What about the rumours that Bruce is quitting on the launch show, and the Twinklewoman is taking over?

Good news, Suze and lightfantastic - It Takes Two will be back on Ö÷²¥´óÐã Two on Monday 4th October (the Monday after the first live shows), presented by the magnificent Dame Claudia of Winkleman!

Bruce and Tess will present the Saturday night shows, and Tess and Claudia will present the Sunday night results shows. Hope that clears things up! :)

Tin foil on the pillars ha ha, or is it metallic sticky back plastic from the B.P. store cupboard? It has a plasticiky ;look to it, Honestly though good to see Aunty is looking after our pennies. I mean I saw that box of new dance shoes in the passageway. I hope they aren't from Angelo and Davide!

I remember I went to Harrods for tap shoes and they didn't have any my size. Ended up going to a small shop in a side street off the Norbury High Road. Indian chap used to work for Freeds and was made redundant. He took his severance pay in the form of a leather working machine. He made me white suede soled tap shoes and supple leather jazz shoes for 20 squids each, and he measured my paws first so they fitted perfectly. Increased the inside uppers for more support.

Thanks Strictly Paul, but we still want more details on ITT - is Claudia 'Fashion Icon' Winkleman following the same format as last year:
    - Monday; back stage at the show
    - Tuesday; training updates and guests
    - Wedsneday; chat with Len in LA, a day in the life of
    - Thursday; Craig picking the couples to pieces and call with Len in LA
    - Friday; live from TV centre
Does the floor in the ITT studio have special rubber grips to stop Claudia from slipping in those very very very high heels? How does she manage to dance with Len in them? Has she ever stood on his foot in them?
    We need answers!!!! {:o)
