We contacted Anglian Group and it said it sincerely apologises to any customer it has disappointed, as customer satisfaction and product quality are incredibly important to it with every window, door, and conservatory it manufactures and installs, as they have been for almost 60 years.

Following investigations, it said it was saddened to find that some of its processes have not met its usual high standards however, it said it was actively working with each affected customer to resolve these issues and learn from them to enhance its service. It said it remains fully committed to resolving any issues its customers may have and will always honour all its warranties.
