Cooking is a hobby for Chris, and he loves to spend his whole weekend doing it. He often has friends round for dinner parties and loves to get the special plates out.

He loves to try molecular methods of cooking and has a Heston book that he uses all the time. Chris has made his own gels, foams, and has invested in a lot of larger specialised equipment such as a sous vide machine.

Chris’ favourite chef is Heston Blumenthal, and his favourite cooking personality is Elizabeth David for her inspiring take on European food and ingredients in the 50s.

Besides cooking, Chris likes film and theatre.
